Veeting Rooms Extends Its Product Portfolio

Zurich, September 27th, 2016. Launched two years ago, Veeting Room successfully offers easy to use virtual meeting rooms to business users. This browser based WebRTC solution runs directly in the web browser without the need for 3rd party software installations. Today, the Swiss company announces two additions to its product portfolio: the new virtual Classroom with up to 50 participants and the Boardroom for formal meetings are available immediately. These two additions underscore Veeting Rooms ambition to establish itself as an innovative all-in-one solution for virtual business meetings. All Veeting solutions are available as a SaaS subscription and as white label products for integrators and re-sellers. Veeting already partners with 16 re-sellers and fulfillment partners globally. What makes Veeting Rooms different from most of the audio and video conferencing solutions is its simplicity. All communication channels are based on the WebRTC technology which runs directly in the web browser. Off-the-Record Veetings at no additional cost. These highly secure meeting rooms allow for fully end-to-end encrypted business meetings that leave no traces of the meeting content on the server.

Schools and companies can use the new virtual Classroom to coach and teach virtually to up to 50 participants. Meeting hosts can configure the Classroom according to their needs. They can allow participants to interact on the white board or give them access to the video stream to ask a question online at any time. Further more, white label customers can configure their system to record the audio and video streams for future use or to allow participants to call into a Classroom by land line.

The new Boardrooms allow for up to 10 meeting participants to join with video. This is the ideal solution for formal business meetings. White label partners can record audio and video for future audits and allow users to call in by land line.

All meeting rooms can automatically create meeting summaries and send them to all meeting participants after the meeting.
